Join us for this life expanding, interactive 4 week course, Awake at the Meal: Your Guide to Conscious Eating where you can make peace with food. Each week, with hands-on worksheets and a supportive community, you will explore the the basic principles and practices that will become your program for transformation when you sit down for a meal. Because what you put in your head, and how you nurture your soul, are just as important as what you put in your mouth. From this class, you will approach eating and your life with a fresh perspective and a gentler spirit. You will leave this workshop being truthful and loving to yourself in ways you never thought possible. You will learn to navigate the grocery store and feel good about buying foods from companies that really care about you and care about our Earth. Make food your friend again.
The “Awake at the Meal” workshop will inspire you to put into practice:
- Celebrating your bio-individuality to stop wasting your precious time and money on chasing after diets that won’t work for you.
- Discovering a new sense of control at meal times by accessing your gut brain wisdom and eradicating food fog
- Expanding your joy, not your waistline and becoming the BFF your body deserves
- Waking up at the meal and making the healthiest and most sustainable choices for you, your family and our planet Earth
When? Four Monday evenings, starting July 7 through July 28 from 6:00 pm -7:15 pm PST. You can access the calls live or through the recording at a time that is convenient for your schedule. Class materials will be emailed to you each week.
Who? Classes hosted by Conscious Eating Coach Suzanne Elizondo, MS, RD. You will have direct access to Suzanne for duration of the class. A private Facebook community will open to support our journeys to inner body wisdom.
Where? Wherever you are! We meet by phone, and recordings of all weekly calls will be available. Keep them forever and listen to them as often as you wish.
